Brainerd MN Campground - Sullivan's Resort & Campground

Sleep under the stars at one of our RV campground sites. All campsites have water, electric, and sewer. Each site has a fire pit and picnic table for your use. We also have central showers and bathrooms for your convenience. We offer seasonal RV sites as well as overnight/weekly RV sites. We keep a waiting list for any available seasonal RV sites. SORRY, WE DO NOT ALLOW TENT CAMPING.

All Sites include water, electric, sewer, picnic table, and fire ring.
New in 2026: Overnight campers can now bring up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs during select dates – May 1 to June 19 and September 9 through the end of the season.
- A $10/dog/night fee applies and a signed pet agreement is required before arrival.

Only one camper per campsite. Only one car per site. Extra cars must be registered and parked in extra parking area.
We have DNR approved firewood available for sale at the office. Please DO NOT bring your own firewood.

Campground reservations are advised and a deposit is required to hold each site. We do not publish our camping availability due to RV and campsite size differences. Please call for availability.
Check in time is after 1:00 p.m./Check out time is before 11:00 a.m.

Camping Reservations

Reservations are advised and a non-refundable $75/partial week and $125/full week deposit is required to hold each campsite. The deposit will be applied to the last day of your reservation. Reservations without a deposit will be cancelled after 7 days. You are responsible for the entire length of your reservation. Specific campsites are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to move you to another site.

Visitors

Your campsite and cabin fees are only for those registered. Your fees do not include additional visitors, guests, neighbors, or relatives.

Visitors may use our facilities as guests of registered guests simply by registering their party and vehicle at the office upon arrival and paying the visitors fee. If visitors do not register upon arrival, the visitor fees will DOUBLE and be added to your bill.

Visitors fees are for anyone staying over 30 minutes – $10.00/person/day + tax.

We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors.

Visitor hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. All visitors must leave the park by 9:00 pm.
